Kara Rawson is a Regional Manager for G&K Management, currently overseeing a mix of 1,300 Affordable and Conventional units. She is Tax Credit Certified and has the CPO and ACPO designations through NAHMA. Kara started in the industry as a leasing consultant over 18 years ago in Las Vegas and spent many years on-site creating a diverse skill set. She has a soft spot for senior housing and currently lives in Los Angeles with her partner and daughter.
