Safety Guidelines & Refund Policy

Safety Guidelines

In accordance with the State of California’s CDC guidelines and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, to enter the hotel’s ballroom area, the LAX Marriott is requiring proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within a 72-hour timeframe prior to the start of the conference and expo. Hotel staff will check proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test as conference staff, speakers, or attendees enter the ballroom area. Please know that if you do not show either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test, then you may be denied entry to the ballroom area and therefore unable to attend the event.

The hotel has also advised that all speakers, staff, and attendees will be required to wear protective face covering throughout the entire event. Below are the links to the LAX Marriott’s “What To Expect” guidelines, State of California’s protocols, and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health’s safety measures.
