Shannon has been with the Tax Credit Allocation Committee for over 10 years and has in that time been both a Field Analyst and Compliance Manager. She is committed to the mission of providing affordable housing to the people of California, but also equally committed to providing updated information and training to the users of the program on the various regulation, policy, and procedural changes. She is currently in charge of training, regulation analysis, rent and income limits, maintaining the CTCAC Online Compliance Manual, planning and implementation of the CTCAC Compliance Workshops, and oversees a staff of 5 field analysts.
